June Board Meeting
The next meeting of the HOA Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, June 19th, at 6:30 PM at the Magnolia Creek Clubhouse, located at 4751 League City Parkway.
I-45 - Exit 22 Construction
Click here to download a schematic of the road work near Magnolia Creek that is to start in near future. League City Pkwy (Brittany Bay Blvd) is being moved south in order to align with League City Pkwy (SH 96), underneath the proposed IH 45 overpass.
Brittany Lakes is a great place to live! With great homes, nice walking trails, beautifully landscaped lakes and parks, tennis courts, and everything you need - yet close to 45!
